- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have 8-10 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with application servers and deployment processes in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with database integration and query optimization techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
