Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures that the applications are aligned with the overall project goals and timelines, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
• Strong experience in cloud-based application development and deployment.
• Ability to design scalable and secure software solutions using cloud services.
• Familiarity with API integration and management within cloud environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance in cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
