Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Simplify Go BFF services (187 endpoints), redesign caching strategy, consolidate containers, integrate centralized auth.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Go Programming Language.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Redis, MongoDB, Docker Kubernetes Architecture.
- Go, gRPC, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, Docker/K8s, SQS, RabbitMQ (good to have - AWS EKS)
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable and maintainable code.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Go Programming Language.
