Summary: AI Powered Tech Talent Lead / Senior Specialist for Oracle Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management with AI-first mindset to accelerate business outcomes by enabling **embedded Oracle AI Ready** in day-to-day workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Enable and operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities relevant to Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management workflows (configuration, security, role controls, and adoption).
• Run use-case discovery workshops and map business pain points to Oracle product AI features define value KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Implement Oracle AI governance inside the application: access controls, auditability, human-in-the-loop approvals, and responsible-use guardrails.
• Extend Oracle screens/processes safely using supported extensions/APIs so AI outputs land in the right workflow state (no breaking compliance).
• Deliver rollout playbooks: pilot phased deployment training and hypercare, with measurable productivity / cycle-time improvements.

• Deep hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management
• Oracle security/roles and workflow states configuration and feature enablement
• Integration basics (APIs, events, OIC where applicable) and testing mindset
