- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and migration techniques within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data workflows and pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processing jobs for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
