Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored software solutions to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application code, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, addressing any issues that arise, and continuously improving software performance. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development activities.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks.
• Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project outcomes.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP, SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Data Services Development, SAP Master Data Migration.
• Strong understanding of data integration and migration processes within SAP environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and performance issues.
• Ability to work with complex data structures and ensure data quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
