Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and integration techniques relevant to contact center environments.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and optimizing software performance in cloud environments.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
