As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Collaboration with team members and other departments to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of applications is a key part of your daily activities. You will also spend time troubleshooting and refining applications to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and best practices to improve application design and functionality.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
• Ensure that developed applications adhere to quality standards and meet business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Knowledge of user interface design principles to create intuitive and responsive applications.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
