Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development activities with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom software solutions using SAP ABAP Cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based application development and integration techniques.
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software frameworks.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
