Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
- Experience with cloud resource management, including compute, storage, and networking services.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and identity management within cloud environments.
- Ability to automate infrastructure deployment and management using scripting and infrastructure as code tools.
- Familiarity with monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud-based systems for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
