- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience with HANA database integration.
- Experience in developing and enhancing custom reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows within SAP environments.
- Ability to optimize code performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in SAP systems.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and version control systems.
- Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Additional Information:
