Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of solutions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Techno functional MDG SAP resource with core financial master data and hierarchies (G/L account, FSV, Profit Center & hierarchies, Cost Center and hierarchies) and Business Partner and experience with web services / Ariba. The Business Partner and experience with web services / Ariba most critical for this role.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management best practices.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance applications to meet business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data processes and system integration.
• Familiarity with data quality management and validation techniques within enterprise systems.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
