Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves developing and configuring software systems, either from start to finish or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. You will leverage your knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required specifications and quality standards. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential, as you will engage in discussions to refine project goals and deliverables, while also troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of software requirements and specifications to ensure clarity and alignment with client expectations.
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle.
- Experience with configuration management tools and practices.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with programming languages relevant to manufacturing engineering.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
