Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.(Cobol ,DB2 ,JCL knowledge)
• Good To Have Skills :IMS knowledge
• Must To Have Tool exp on Endevor ,XPED , Squirrel,File aid ,abend aid
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in debugging and optimizing legacy codebases to improve system performance.
• Ability to design modular and reusable code components for complex applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
• Skilled in analyzing system requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
