• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
• Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
• Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Conga CPQ to meet complex business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce Conga CPQ with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to work with data models and understand business logic to optimize application performance.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
