Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the business requirements. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through technical challenges and aligning efforts to deliver high-quality software products. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring smooth progress and timely delivery of project milestones.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development frameworks.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce platforms with external systems and APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with declarative and programmatic Salesforce development approaches.
• Skilled in designing scalable and maintainable code following industry best practices.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
