You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, while mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in software development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Grafana.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
