• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
• Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience with HANA database integration.
• Experience in developing and customizing SAP modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within SAP environments.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for SAP applications.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
