• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and configurations.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
• Experience with software configuration and lifecycle management tools related to PTC Windchill.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively within collaborative team environments and contribute to technical discussions.
