As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing particular phases within the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. Daily activities may include collaborating with team members to ensure seamless integration of software components, troubleshooting issues that arise during development, and continuously refining processes to enhance system performance and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software development with project goals.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of software configurations and development processes.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
