• Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
• Experience in performance testing and load simulation to evaluate system behavior under various conditions.
• Ability to analyze test results and identify bottlenecks or issues affecting application performance.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to create efficient and repeatable test scenarios.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize software performance.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
