Summary:
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. The resource will work closely with business and technical teams to design solutions around workforce demand planning, scheduling, and optimization using IFS MWM.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable MWM solutions
- Design and implement workforce planning, rostering, and resource allocation solutions
- Provide recommendations to improve workforce efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for solution delivery
Must Have Skills:
- IFS Mobile Workforce Management (MWM office and MWM Mobile)
- Strong experience in workforce demand planning and scheduling
- Hands-on experience in IFS MWM (Demand, Scheduling, Dispatching concepts)
- Experience in at least one full-cycle MWM implementation (end-to-end)
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with IFS MWM
- Exposure to IFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO)
- Knowledge of ADF and Azure
- Strong understanding of DevOps and Git repositories
- Strong debugging skills and ability to perform root cause analysis
- Experience with Genesis tool for configuring screens, functions, and server event handlers in MWM
Technical Skills:
- Strong database knowledge (SQL, data structures, query optimization)
- Experience with integrations involving:
- Work Management systems (Maximo / OMS / COM / SAP)
- Middleware (MuleSoft)
- GIS applications
- HCM systems
- Knowledge of integration frameworks and data exchange processes
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5+ years of experience in IFS Mobile Workforce Management (MWM).
- A 15 years full time education is required.
