• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test cases using TOSCA Testsuite.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to analyze complex software systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration testing and performance testing methodologies.
• Skilled in collaborating with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
