Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Configuration & Release Management.
- Strong capability in designing and deploying analytics solutions that integrate with business applications.
- Experience in data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development within analytics platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance to meet user requirements.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments and their security and compliance considerations.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
