Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute innovative ideas, and ensure the delivery of quality software that aligns with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SASS/SCSS
- Experience with modern frameworks like React or Angular
- Familiar with build tools (Node.js, npm, Webpack, Vite) and CI/CD (e.g., GitLab)
- Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating with backend services
- Agile Methodology
- basic understanding of WCAG and responsive design principles
- Unit testing (Jest or React Testing Library)
- Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platform knowledge is a plus
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
- The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate.
