- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience in application design and configuration within enterprise content management environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
