Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis & Interpretation.

Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience, all while adhering to best practices in software development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation with Techno Functional resource with SQL Development and Data Analysis skills, Functional domain Knowledge – Banking
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Requirements Analysis., Data Process flows Risk / Treasury Domain knowledge / Experience
  
  

Data Migration Experience

Experience in handling large volumes of data (Analysis / Testing)

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools to present findings effectively.
• Experience with statistical analysis techniques to derive insights.
