Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 7 years of experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI,Knowledge ofAzure cloud servicesExperience with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM tools.
Nice to have: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infra as code (Gitlab, Ansible).Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment (Azure preferred).Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with microservices architecture.Exposure toAzure AI/GenAI services for future integration.Front-end experience with React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python on Azure.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate.
