You serve as the main liaison for stakeholders, coordinating efforts to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to align technical solutions with business needs, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to deliver high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
- Continuously evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to optimize performance and usability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SCM Transportation Management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes and transportation logistics.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle SCM Transportation Management modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware tools related to Oracle SCM solutions.
