Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience in customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud to align with business workflows and processes.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
- Familiarity with integration concepts and data management within Salesforce environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
