Summary

The Workforce Software Functional Consultant Senior Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring Workforce Software solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementation and optimization of workforce management systems. This role requires strong functional expertise, client interaction skills, and the ability to work independently on complex configurations while supporting project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary functional contact for assigned project areas.

Support change management and end-user adoption activities.

Translate requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.

Review team deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.

Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to project leadership.

Professional & Technical Experience

3 years of experience in Workforce Management or HCM implementations.

2+ years of hands-on experience with Workforce Software (Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence).

Experienced in functional design and implementation of Workforce Software solutions.

Translate business requirements into functional designs aligned with Workforce Software best practices.

Possess Strong knowledge of: Pay rules, accruals, attendance policies, Shift scheduling & workforce planning, Absence/Leave rules and compliance.

Gather and analyze requirements from HR, Operations, Payroll, and Compliance stakeholders.

Strong functional knowledge of workforce management processes and labor compliance.

Work collaboratively with integration teams on data interfaces between WFS and

HRIS (SAP, Workday, Oracle), Payroll platforms, Time capture devices or mobile apps.

Support creation of dashboards, KPIs, and standard WFS reports.

Experience in global rollouts and multi country implementations.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in WFS.

15 years full time education / BTech/ MBA HR.

Ability to work across different shift as per the business requirement.
