Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive Digital Cockpit Solutions.
- Experience with embedded software development and integration within automotive systems.
- Strong understanding of software lifecycle processes including design, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems and automotive communication protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of software quality assurance practices and tools.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
