Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while overseeing the implementation process from inception to deployment. The engineer continuously monitors progress, addresses challenges, and ensures that the applications are aligned with organizational goals and standards, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices in coding and testing.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.
