As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow customization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
