Job Title - Oracle Financials + Level (Team Lead )

Management Level: 09 – Team Lead

Location: Any Accenture India Location

Must have skills: Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management and Grants Management Experience

Good to have skills: Revenue Management, Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM)

Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant implementation experience is required from similar organizations

Educational Qualification: Preferably CA/MBA(Finance)/Cost Accountant/B Com/M Com

Job Summary:

A Finance implementation specialist who has solid implementation experience in 2+ Oracle Application programs in Cloud with in-depth hands-on experience in the above modules with good understanding with SCM and HCM touchpoints. Should possess presales experience as well while actively participating in growth pursuits.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assess the current state finance function performance and capabilities of client organizations

Understand and design finance processes, and recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and internal controls

Work closely with client representatives to build a consensus on the future state of the finance function and secure buy-in from all relevant stakeholders

Actively contribute in business development (proposals, solution, diagnostics etc.)

Provide Solution inputs, Design overall solution and interfaces required with other systems

Act as point of contact for the stream and liaise between business users and the Implementation team

Interact with business leads to gather requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud, collaborate with the technical development team on solution design, test, re-work and sign off, and work with business leads to implement the solution developed.

Lead functional solution design to address client's business requirements
