Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application design and development.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
• Strong experience in application design, development, and configuration within complex business environments.
• Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to enterprise applications.
