Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet their needs and expectations. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and contribute to the overall success of the software development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vue.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management in Vue.js. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into front-end applications. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Vue.js. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
