As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective application designs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and contribute to the architectural planning of software solutions that align with organizational goals. Throughout the day, you will work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications developed support and enhance business processes, while also participating in iterative reviews and refinements to optimize functionality and user experience.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze and improve existing software applications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

- Document application designs and development processes to maintain clear communication within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications effectively.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques used in ServiceNow environments.
