Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are robust and scalable to meet the evolving needs of the organization. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Experience with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
