• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables with stakeholder expectations.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool, with a primary focus on Finance.
• Strong experience in customizing and configuring SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
• Ability to design and implement data governance workflows and validations within the SAP MDG framework.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to master data management processes.
• Knowledge of data quality management principles and best practices in master data governance.
