Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure design and deployment.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud environments for performance and cost efficiency.
