You will also participate in discussions to align on project goals and contribute to the overall success of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies. - Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software defects efficiently.
