Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform. - Experience with application development methodologies and best practices. - Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Pega applications with other systems. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
