As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended requirements. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration across teams to drive the project forward while managing priorities and timelines effectively. The engineer acts as the central figure in the application development process, overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
