The engineer continuously monitors progress, adapts to changing needs, and drives the successful delivery of software solutions through effective communication and collaboration.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance application performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Strong understanding of software configuration and customization within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in managing software asset lifecycle processes and compliance tracking.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to software asset management.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies within enterprise environments.
