As a Custom Software Engineer, your day revolves around spearheading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. You serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the application lifecycle. Your role involves overseeing the progress of application builds, troubleshooting challenges, and aligning solutions with project goals. You actively engage with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored software solutions that meet business needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of application components while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
• Experience in designing and developing custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of application configuration, workflows, and integration capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to application development.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow environment.
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
