• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure management related to SAP environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within enterprise software systems.
• Ability to optimize system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline administrative tasks and deployments.
