Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align project objectives and deliverables effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.
- Ability to optimize code and improve application performance within the SAP HANA environment.
- Familiarity with SAP modules integration and data modeling concepts.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in SAP ABAP.
- Capability to work with development tools and environments specific to SAP HANA and ABAP.
