Good to have skills : Java Enterprise Edition

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the software meets client needs and adheres to quality standards. You will also participate in problem-solving sessions, contributing your insights to improve application functionality and user experience. This role requires a proactive approach to development, where you will be expected to adapt to changing requirements and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Experience with component-based architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.
