As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of tailored applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating efforts across various teams, and serving as the main liaison to ensure seamless communication and delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web development practices.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce Lightning components with backend services and APIs.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing Lightning Web Components for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, including security, data models, and deployment processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our JPDC3A - NON-STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
